Cancellation Policy

At Lykens Home we understand that plans can change, and sometimes you may need to cancel an order.

We strive to make the cancellation process as smooth and fair as possible while ensuring that production and delivery timelines are respected.

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

• You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
• If your order has not yet entered the production or shipping stage, it can be canceled with no additional fees.

2. Orders in Production or Already Shipped

• Once your furniture has entered production, the order cannot be canceled, as each item is made specifically to your requirements.
• If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may still be eligible for a return or refund according to our Refund Policy.

3. Custom-Made or Personalized Furniture

• All custom or made-to-order furniture is non-cancellable once production has started.
• This includes any order involving custom dimensions, materials, finishes, or colors.

4. Failed Delivery or Refusal to Accept Delivery

• If a customer refuses delivery without prior cancellation approval, the order will be treated as a return, and all shipping and handling costs (including return freight) will be deducted from any eligible refund.
• In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.

5. Cancellation by Lykens Home

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of:

• Payment processing issues or suspected fraudulent transactions.
• Unavailability of materials or manufacturing constraints.
• Errors in product pricing or description.

In such cases, the customer will be notified promptly, and any payments made will be fully refunded.

6. How to Request a Cancellation
